Getting rog on your device
We offer three distinct paths to access our platform, each tailored to your device and operating system. The Android APK is a direct download that you install by enabling "Unknown Sources" on your phone settings — this method bypasses app-store intermediaries and gives you the most up-to-date build within hours of release. iOS users can bookmark our mobile site or use the "Add to Home Screen" option in Safari, which creates an app-like icon that launches our platform in full-screen mode. Web users on any laptop or tablet can visit rog.run directly and use the responsive interface without installation.

Native app versus browser access
The rog Android app offers persistent offline cache of game assets, meaning that if your connection drops, you can still view your account dashboard and recent activity without reconnecting. Push notifications alert you to new slot tournaments, live-dealer table invitations, and sportsbook line updates, even when the app is closed. The app also loads marginally faster than the browser version because it stores session data locally. However, the browser version on iOS and desktop carries identical features and account synchronisation — there is no functional disadvantage to using the web interface. Both paths support DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers, and both display real-time balances and withdrawal history. Your choice of access method does not affect your account security, bonus eligibility, or game availability.
Device requirements and compatibility
We support Android 7 and later on phones and tablets, covering the vast majority of devices currently in use across Indonesia. iOS users require iOS 12 or later, which includes iPhone 5S and newer models. Desktop access works on Windows, macOS, and Linux running any modern browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge. Older devices may experience slower load times or reduced graphical fidelity in live-dealer games, but core functionality like slot play, account management, and withdrawal requests remains available. If you are using a device older than Android 7 or iOS 12, we recommend updating your device software before attempting to install or access rog.
Network flexibility
Our rog platform adapts to slower 3G and 4G connections, compressing images and reducing video quality automatically. You can still place bets and withdraw funds on any network, though live-dealer stream quality depends on your bandwidth.
Troubleshooting common installation problems
If you encounter an "Unknown Sources" error on Android, go to Settings → Security (or Apps) and enable installation from unknown sources for your file manager or browser. Some Android versions require you to grant this permission per application rather than globally. Certificate trust warnings in iOS Safari can be resolved by tapping "Details" and then "Visit Website Anyway" — this is a normal security prompt for apps not distributed through the App Store and does not indicate a malicious file. If the APK file does not download, clear your browser cache and try again, or switch browsers. We at rog maintain virus-free APK builds and sign them with a consistent certificate, but some antivirus software may flag unsigned apps as suspicious during initial download; this is a false positive and can be safely ignored.
Data permissions and account security
The rog app requests camera and photo library access only if you choose to upload an ID document during account verification; you can always select "Deny" and verify using a web browser instead. Location access is never required — we determine your jurisdiction using your IP address and account settings, not GPS. Account security depends on your password strength and device security; we recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling biometric unlock (fingerprint or face recognition) if your device supports it. Never share your login credentials or one-time verification codes with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately so we can review your account, reset your credentials, and help you regain access. We also store your account data with standard encryption across all transmission channels.
